About Us.
Worldwide As One is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built on a simple conviction: quality medical care is a human right, not a geographic privilege. We organize volunteer-led medical mission trips to underserved communities across the globe — including Guatemala, the Philippines, China, and beyond — where access to basic healthcare remains out of reach for millions.
Our volunteers are physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and community members who give their time and expertise to deliver direct patient care, health education, and community support. Each trip is carefully planned to ensure meaningful, dignified, and culturally respectful service to the communities we serve.
What we do
We run 3 to 5 international medical mission trips per year, each designed around the specific health needs of the host community. Our clinical teams provide primary care, preventive services, and basic specialty consultations — often serving patients who have waited months or years for access to a provider. Beyond the clinic, our volunteers engage in health education, community relationship-building, and collaborative work with local healthcare workers to leave a lasting impact.

Our Commitment
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are accountable to the highest standards of financial transparency and operational integrity. Every dollar donated and every volunteer hour contributed goes toward maximizing patient impact. We maintain limited overhead and structured trip logistics so that our resources go where they matter most — to the people we serve.
